Class Cancellations
With inclement weather, if class is to be cancelled, we will make every effort to telephone and email enrollees of the class to notify them. We will also post a message on our voice mail at 410-299-3534.

Assisted Living Managers
Managers are required to take the 80 Hour Managers Certificate Course by August 2008 unless exempt. Exempt are the following only:
According to COMAR 10.07.14.15.1A - Licensed for four (4) beds or less
OR
According to COMAR 10.07.14.15.1E -
1.Temporarily serving as a manager for less than 45 days
2.Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in Maryland
3.Has been employed as an assisted Living Manager in Maryland for
1 year prior to January 1, 2008. (Note Date Change)
Managers are also required to obtain 20 hours of Continuing education every two years. See our schedule of classes under the Classroom Courses Tab.
Insurance Agents and Bail Bondsmen
If you license renews after October 2009, you will be required to obtain 24 hours of Continuing Education including 3 hours in Ethics.
